The Skills Initiative for Africa (SIFA), an African Union Commission (AUC) initiative supported by the German Government, is enhancing skills development to create employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for youth, women, and vulnerable groups.
As SIFA Country Coordinator for Togo, you will:
- Represent SIFA Financing Facility in the country
- Provide technical & administrative advisory support
- Oversee project implementation & stakeholder engagement
- Support skills development & employment initiatives
What do you need to apply?
- Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Education, or related field
- 15+ years in education, employment promotion, or skills development
- 10+ years in development cooperation (KfW, GIZ, EU preferred)
- Experience working with AU, EU, World Bank, AfDB, KfW
- Strong knowledge of financial cooperation & grants management
- Fluent in English & French
- Excellent teamwork, integrity & service-oriented approach
