Job Title: Commercial – Digital Energy Solutions

Position Type: Intern
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead business development in the intelligent photovoltaic (PV) sector, conduct customer visits and missions, exchange technical solutions, build strong customer relationships, and promote product sales.
2. Analyze the local market for intelligent photovoltaic (PV) energy to identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, and support the design of technical solutions.
3. Develop distribution partnerships, coordinate branding and marketing efforts, and advance brand development in the local market.
4. Gather local market insights and provide timely feedback on market requirements and competition.
Work Qualifications
1. A Bachelor’s degree in renewable energy major or any related field.
2. Sales experience with key players (distributors, partners) in the C&I (Commercial & Industrial) and residential segments.
3. Proficiency in both English and French is required, as English is the working language at Huawei.
4. Mastery of photovoltaic (PV) solutions, energy processes and associated products (a major asset).
5. Strong motivation to achieve objectives, combined with an excellent ability to execute.
6. Relationship skills: Proven communication and teamwork skills, with emotional intelligence for negotiation.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure, with a customer/results-driven focus.
