Title of the Post: CONFIRMED SALES & MARKETING MANAGER– Industrial sector with proven experience.

The ideal profile would be:

– Experience in the sale of branded factory products such as automobiles, concrete irons, pipes, gas, etc. for a minimum of 2 years

– Minimum qualification: BTS in commerce and marketing with training in business development, customer, clientele, and business advisor.

– Driver’s license required; having a means of transport (car) would be a great asset;

– Mandatory bilingual (English-French)

Place of contract: Togo and the sub-region.

Type of Contract: CDI with trial period

Incentive: important

Position details

We are looking for a Confirmed Sales & Marketing Manager M/F from the Sales and Marketing Department of STEEL CUBE TOGO.

You will be responsible for the portfolio of partners/customers and will have to retain and grow our existing customers and conquer new partners. You should :

– Market and promote our products

– Maintain and develop the client portfolio

– Formulate commercial offers to customers

– Animate a distribution network, and implement the means necessary to promote the products

– Analyze development prospects with clients

– Analyze sales and implement corrective actions if necessary

– Collect information on a permanent basis on the national market and ensure competitive intelligence.

– Monthly reporting to the General Management

The main objective of the role is to be the reference person for partners/clients on all day-to-day matters and to ensure that their expectations are met.

You will also ensure that the turnover develops either through organic growth or through new sources of income (up sell, cross sell) while maintaining a good level of profitability.

You will also prospect for new partners to develop your portfolio.

In your market:

Understand the rebar and medical oxygen market in Togo and the sub-region, their developments and challenges in order to anticipate trends and new needs,

As part of a commercial action plan, prospect new customers in the sector and respond to calls for tenders.

On your Wallet:

Responsible for primary relationships for all designated clients / managing client expectations / ensuring that STEEL CUBE TOGO’s performance is at the right level of quality and is fairly measured.

Coordinate with key departments internally, all actions related to the implementation, monitoring and development of your portfolio: process required for pricing, legal set-up/update, operational escalations, etc.

Develop and implement an account plan for all key contracts in the short, medium and long term

Retain accounts and, if possible, enter into medium and long-term contractual agreements (for example 3 to 5 years)

Proactively develop and manage a new business pipeline by offering up and cross selling

Play an active role in collaboration with the partner to support marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring new end customers who purchase travel insurance (increasing the online and offline conversion rate)

Analyze contract performance, follow up on claims (if applicable) and ensure profitability is in line with forecasts

Take corrective measures if necessary in agreement with the Technical Department

  • Consolidation and presentation of performance and management reporting · Proactive internal management of all stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery to partners and their end customers

Commercial experience in the industrial sector

Relational ease, sense of contact and negotiation, with senior interlocutors

Strong customer orientation, responsiveness, proactivity and assertiveness, good analytical and synthesis skills, rigor

Ability to work in project mode and transversally / Know how to collaborate in a multi-entity ecosystem

Ability to manage complexity and sometimes stress

Know how to develop a lobbying strategy
