We are recruiting for the following positions:
- Boeing 737 Captain (Type Rated)
- Captain (Non-Type Rated)
- Boeing 737 First Officer (Type Rated)
- First Officer (Non-Type Rated)
Boeing 737 Captain (Type Rated)
Minimum Requirements
- Valid ICAO ATPL
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Boeing 737 NG and/or MAX Type Rating
- Minimum 5,000 hours Total Flight Time
- Minimum 1500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) multi-crew turbine aircraft
- Boeing 737 operational experience
Captain (Non-Type Rated)
Minimum Requirements
- Valid ICAO ATPL
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Minimum 5,000 hours Total Flight Time
- Minimum 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on multi-crew turbine aircraft
- Recent multi-crew turbine aircraft experience preferred
Successful candidates will undergo Boeing 737 Type Rating training.
Boeing 737 First Officer (Type Rated)
Minimum Requirements
- Valid ICAO CPL or ATPL
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Boeing 737 NG and/or MAX Type Rating
- Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew aircraft
- Recent multi-crew jet experience preferred
First Officer (Non-Type Rated)
Minimum Requirements
- Valid ICAO CPL or ATPL
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew aircraft
- Recent multi-crew turbine aircraft experience preferred
Successful candidates will undergo Boeing 737 Type Rating training.

- Copy of Passport
- Pilot Licence(s)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Flight Time Summary or relevant Logbook pages
- Type Rating Certificate(s), where applicable
- ICAO English Proficiency Certificate
- Last Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) or Operator Proficiency Check (OPC), where applicable
- Any additional aviation training certificates
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will undergo:
- Document screening
- Technical assessment
- Competency-based interview with English language assessment
- Simulator assessment (if required)
- Background and reference checks
