1. Customer Service Manager
- Boost sales and marketing in the branch.
- Ensure service standards are achieved over the account opening, teller, and branch operations processes.
- Ensure all customers transactions/requests received at the branch counters are thoroughly checked for completeness and compliance, and timely processed or transmitted for processing.
- Assists in clearing/reducing customers queues in the branch during peak time.
- Verify and authorize transactions processed in the branch.
- Ensure proper and continuous monitoring of the branch to eliminate lapses in control.
- Overall responsibility over customer service function (cards / check books management, account opening, etc.)
- Stand as Branch Safety & Security point of contact. Ensure Safety & Security standard are maintained at any given time and any loophole escalated appropriately.
- Ensure DCFC / AML reports are updated timely.
- Ensure Vault procedures are always adhered to. The Vault Monthly Register Review is delegated to them.
- Ensure tight management of ATM to ensure meeting the minimum Group standard with regard to availability.
- In charge of monitoring of branch Transactions & account documentation deferral tracking.
- Ensure all compliance related activities (Balance payment reports, AML monitoring, Suspicious
- Transactions, Gift Policy, etc.) are fully adhered to in the branch.
- Ensure proofing/reconciliation of branch accounts: immediate credit, Traveler cheques accounts, suspense accounts, teller account & differences, new accounts, ATM accounts, etc.
- Ensure staff/branch are always equipped of adequate equipment to meet Group standard (teller cash counting notes, detectors, stamp machines, Vault/safes, etc.)
- Acceptable rating for Internal and External audit comments and implement recommendations provided.
- Perform any other function as and when assigned by the Unit Head/Branch Manager
- Experience : 05 years in core banking operations
- Education: Minimum University degree (BAC + 3/4)
- Ability to detect unauthorized changes on instruments presented.
- General understanding of Bank products, foreign exchange local. regulations.
- Quality oriented.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize the tasks to perform.
- Good level of security sense and fraud awareness.

2. UN (01) Corporate Risk Manager
ECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A. recrute pour les besoins de ses services UN (01) Corporate Risk Manager pouvant exercer sur tout le territoire national.
- Analyser et donner un avis motivé sur toute forme de demande de crédit de la clientèle et des
- correspondants bancaires
- Suivre les approbations, les mises en place et les renouvellements des Product Programs (PP)
- (Consumer and Commercial Bank)
- S’assurer de l’obtention des approbations des dossiers de crédit au niveau requis
- Revoir et actualiser le marché cible (target Market) en concertation avec la ligne commerciale et le Country Risk Manager
- Analyser les demandes de crédit soumis par la ligne commerciale
- Donner un avis motivé sur les dossiers soumis à approbation et autres requêtes présentées par la hiérarchie
- Interagir avec les unités commerciales pour apporter le soutien dans la structuration des dossiers
- Préparer des dossiers de crédit à transmettre pour approbation au conseil d’administration
- Revoir et préparer les dossiers de refinancement quand cela est requis
- Suivre l’utilisation des lignes de crédit y compris celle des PP
- Assurer un suivi efficace des engagements après leur mise en place
- S’assurer que les dossiers de crédit sont renouvelés avant leur date de revue
- Contribuer à améliorer la productivité et l’élaboration des procédures (revues ou nouvelles) dans le département des Engagements
- Assurer l’adhésion à la politique de crédit du groupe
- Assister le Country Risk Manager dans la formation et le coaching des staffs du département
- Participer aux travaux liés à la stratégie et aux activités de la Direction
- Préparer pour le compte du département les documents pour les sessions du Conseil d’Administration
- Participer à la préparation et à la correction des points d’audit
- Toute autre mission confiée par le Country Risk Manager
- Un diplôme universitaire de Bac + 4 au moins en Gestion, Analyse économique, Finance et comptabilité
- Au moins 05 ans d’expérience dans la même fonction ou en tant qu’analyste de crédits/financiers ou Gestionnaire de grands comptes avec des aptitudes en analyse de crédit dans une institution bancaire
- Bonne connaissance des procédures de classification et provisionnement des créances
- Avoir effectué des formations ou obtenu des certifications dans l’analyse de crédit est un atout
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout

- Proactively develop client relationship, anticipate and provide solutions to client needs and give high priority to client satisfaction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding agreed performance targets and objectives.
- Work to onboard clients and develop portfolio through the sales of direct banking products and services
- Ensure that client instructions are duly served by applying all standard checks and controls in coordination with other departments.
- Achieve a satisfactory level of knowledge of Classic Banking products and services.
- Handle client queries of day to day nature and assist in resolving clients issues
- Track and provide weekly reports on Portfolio performance at RM level
- Team Player
- Ensure full adherence to Operational Risk and Compliance guidelines e.g. KYC and anti-money laundering measures.
- Constantly monitor credit portfolio to ensure maximum of 3% NPL.
- Lead strategic initiatives that will create business growth
- At least 3 years’ experience in Banking, Marketing or Sales in FMCG organization
- Sound business product knowledge and people development performance record
- Good Understanding of operations, technology and customer services to drive the Classic banking business.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study
- Fluent in English & French
