I. JOB TITLE

Senior Quality Auditor

II- THE OBJECTIVE

The SQA shall:

assist the Quality Assurance Manager in developing and maintaining the Quality Assurance Program and in assisting/hosting customer and regulatory audits;
ensure that aircraft maintenance and all operations are in compliance with regulations and meets requirements of ANAC-TOGO and other authorities as required by ASKY;
ensure successful completion of assigned audit engagements, from start to finish, inclusive of preplanning and wrap up activities;
Supervise and provide support in the management of daily work flow operations of Quality Assurance (QA) staff. Ensure staff assignments are in alignment with regulatory inspection and reporting requirements;
manage and direct daily activities of more auditors assigned to assist the Quality Assurance Manager during an engagement;
apply risk and control concepts to scenarios encountered and identify any potential issues and communicate identified issues to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
execute functions in regard to Quality Planning, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement related to the specific area assigned to him in Flight Operations (FLT), Maintenance (MNT), Dispatch (DSP), Ground Operations (GRH), ASKY’s Organization (ORG), Security (SEC), Cabin operations (CAB) and Cargo (CGO).

may also assist with training, mentoring and supervision of Quality assurance Auditors and the Quality System associates.

III- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

2. Professional Experiences:

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in one or more of following sectors: flight operations, maintenance/engineering, dispatch, ground operations, In-flight services.
Five (5) years quality audit experience; Training or aviation experience in accident investigation, inspection, quality assurance

3- Languages proficiency: Fluent in French and English

4- Information technologies (IT) proficiency:

Proficient with the Microsoft Office applications (knowledge of Word,

Excel, Access and Publisher is desired)
