ABOUT THE POSITION
As part of its digital expansion, a partner company of CentralResource is seeking a passionate and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join its product team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing engaging user experiences and intuitive interfaces across various digital platforms.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
UX/UI Design for Digital Projects
- Analyze user needs and design seamless user journeys.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Define a consistent visual identity aligned with the company’s brand image.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure both technical and visual coherence.
Visual Design & Branding
- Design professional and impactful presentations.
- Develop and adapt graphic guidelines for different projects.
- Produce appealing visuals for digital channels and marketing assets.
Continuous Improvement & Research
- Conduct user testing to enhance usability and ergonomics.
- Gather feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/4 minimum) in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency with major design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience in motion design (a strong asset).
- Good knowledge of accessibility standards and user experience principles.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Detail-oriented, creative, and methodical.
- Strong sense of teamwork and autonomy.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to make proactive design proposals.
