ABOUT THE POSITION
As part of its growth, a partner company of CentralResource is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to strengthen its technical team.
The selected candidate will contribute to the development of modern web and mobile interfaces while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop responsive and high-performance web and mobile interfaces from UX/UI mockups.
- Design robust and scalable frontend architectures.
- Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility compliance.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Implement unit and functional tests to maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate closely with backend, UX/UI, and product teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Contribute to technological watch and continuous improvement of internal practices.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in frontend development.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript ES6+.
- Proficiency in one or more modern frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with modern development tools: Webpack, Babel, Git, CI/CD, Docker.
- Experience with REST APIs (and ideally GraphQL).
- Knowledge of frontend testing tools: Jest, Cypress, Testing Library.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Strong sense of autonomy, rigor, and team spirit.
- Attention to detail and focus on performance optimization.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
