Job Responsibilities:
As an Operation Manager for Mobile Money (MM) and Ring Back Tone (RBT) business, you will play a key role in driving business growth through localized operations across product, content, and user management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- User Operation: Design and implement strategies for user acquisition, activation, and retention. Optimize the user lifecycle experience.
- Product Operations: Collaborate with the product team to support the launch, iteration, and localization of MM and RBT products in the local market.
- Content Operations: Participate in the planning, onboarding, distribution, and recommendation system for RBT audio content to enhance user engagement.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze business and user behavior data, and provide actionable insights to guide product and operations decisions.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
Work Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance and Computer Networks Specialization.
- Prior experience in Telecoms, Marketing.
- Fluency in both English and French is essential, as English is the working language at Huawei.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for basic data analysis) and PowerPoint (for business reporting).
- Strong logical thinking, communication, coordination, and self-motivation.
