II- THE ROLE

Shares responsibility with the Captain during flight briefings and by signing the dispatch release on the safe conduct and Operational Control of ASKY flights.
He shall authorize, regulate and control scheduled and non-scheduled charter, and VIP flights in accordance with ANAC-TOGO, International regulation, Company Policy and Regulations to ensure safety and security of each flight.
He should check and coordinates with load control for the final load information and update or amend as required to Load Control and Operating crew accordingly.
He shall obtain load information and generate OFP (operational flight plan), Weather information and NOTAM for ever sector and send, including all necessary operational control documents to respective outstations their load planning and crew briefing.
He shall prepare operational flight plans and Pilot briefing package containing information such as maximum allowable takeoff and landing weights, payload, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS and other informational components required for the safe completion of flight.
