Schedule and Charter Agent
II- THE ROLE
- Monitor daily schedule flight performance and produce relevant reports.
- Prepare seasonal schedule and forward recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders the necessary to keep schedule integrity, and secure all required seasonal permits.
- Prepare and handle charter requests.
- Maintain record related to irregular operations and deviations from seasonal schedule plan.
- Ensure smooth exchange of schedule information with codeshare partners; and ensure schedules are well synchronized.
- Handle ad-hoc schedule change based on load, and operational constraints and ensure loading is done accordingly.
- Performs other duties from time to time as assigned by the Supervisor.
III- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- At least BAC+2 in Marketing or Diploma of Aviation School with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Air Transport industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Proven analytical skills; capacity to detect and correct anomalies and to solve problems; initiative to propose solutions and improvements.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Excellent knowledge of English and French.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
