Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Senior Conseiller en Éducation – Formation & Emploi dynamique, orienté résultats et doté d’une forte capacité commerciale. MISSIONS Le/La candidat(e) aura pour principales responsabilités : Accompagnement et conseil des candidats dans leur projet d’études supérieures à l’étranger. Gestion et suivi des dossiers de candidature, en veillant à leur conformité et à leur qualité. Préparation aux entretiens pédagogiques pour maximiser les chances d’acceptation. Développement commercial : prospection active, vente et promotion des services du cabinet. Construction et fidélisation d’un portefeuille clients (étudiants, parents, partenaires institutionnels). Gestion et consolidation des relations commerciales, avec un objectif de satisfaction et de fidélisation. Pilotage et atteinte des objectifs de performance, avec un suivi rigoureux des indicateurs commerciaux et pédagogiques.
