Vue(s): 901 Position: RBT Operations Intern Base Location: Lome, Togo Position Type: Internship About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RBT Operations Intern to support the growth and daily operations of our Ring Back Tone (RBT) business in Togo. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telecom value-added services, digital content operations, and user growth in an emerging market. Your responsibilities will include: o Support daily operations of the RBT (Ring Back Tone) platform, including content upload, configuration, and quality checks; o Assist in content management, including onboarding music/content partners and maintaining the content library; o Monitor key performance metrics (subscriptions, activations, churn, revenue) and prepare regular reports; o Support the execution of marketing campaigns (SMS, USSD, social media, offline promotion); o Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery; o Conduct market research on local music trends, user preferences, and competitor offerings; o Assist in optimizing user journeys (subscription, activation, renewal) to improve conversion rates; o Support partnerships with local artists, labels, and content providers.
