I- JOB TITLE * Baggage Service Agent II-      THE ROLE         Handle stations mishandling baggage in coordination with the Baggage Services Supervisor.         Ensure that ground handling personnel will provide assistance to passengers whose baggage is mishandled, issue reports, trace and endeavor to restore the missing baggage.         Ensure that the passenger are kept informed of the status of their missing bags on a regular basis;         Coordinate and interact with clients in the delivery process of the luggage.         Ensuring that any information concerning baggage irregularities is forwarded to stations concerned (left behind, rush, on hand baggage).         Ensure that all unclaimed bags are transferred to the Central Unclaimed Baggage Store located in LFW. Perform other duties as assigned or may be necessary including administrative functions such as statistical reporting (weekly, monthly ……etc.).
