JOB TILTE Schedule and Charter Agent II-      THE ROLE        Monitor daily schedule flight performance and produce relevant reports.        Prepare seasonal schedule and forward recommendations for improvement.        Coordinate with all stakeholders the necessary to keep schedule integrity, and secure all required seasonal permits.        Prepare and handle charter requests.        Maintain record related to irregular operations and deviations from seasonal schedule plan.        Ensure smooth exchange of schedule information with codeshare partners; and ensure schedules are well synchronized.        Handle ad-hoc schedule change based on load, and operational constraints and ensure loading is done accordingly.        Performs other duties from time to time as assigned by the Supervisor. III-     QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE   At least BAC+2 in Marketing or Diploma of Aviation School with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Air Transport industry.   Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.   Proven analytical skills; capacity to detect and correct anomalies and to solve problems; initiative to propose solutions and improvements.   Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team   Excellent knowledge of English and French.   Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
